Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
This service allows your parcel to be tracked while in transit, giving you greater visibility from dispatch through to delivery.
Delivery Charges
We keep our delivery pricing simple and transparent:
- Orders up to £60 — £6 delivery fee
- Orders over £60 — Free delivery
Delivery charges are calculated based on the order total at checkout.
Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
While many orders are dispatched promptly, during particularly busy periods, when we are handling a higher volume of shipments, dispatch may take up to 2-3 working days from the date your order is placed.
Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays, or holiday periods will be processed on the next available working day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking information will be available so you can follow your parcel during delivery.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or exceptionally busy periods.
