Change of Mind Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:

Returned in its original packaging
Complete with all accessories, components and manuals
Clean and in a resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, or further information to help assess the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

For confirmed faulty or damaged items, Zoom Farm will cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of its return.
